These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the reservations of vacation stays at properties managed by SD Beach House Rentals.

Reservations confirmed and paid for via SD Beach House Rentals credit card processing platform are subject to credit card fees. Credit card fees are non refundable. Should a guest request a reservation cancellation, the cancellation policy per property will apply less the credit fees for the payments paid to date.
