Casa Ballena, Luxury On The Bay!

We have returned to Casa Ballena several years in a row for our annual family beach vacation and we always leave knowing that we will miss the gorgeous view, easy bay and beach access and comfortable accommodations. The house is well-equipped for large groups, especially those that cook and eat in most every night, and if ever there is a need for assistance the property manager is easily reached and very responsive. The house does not have AC, so the upper bedrooms can get quite warm when the outside temps go up; there are ceiling and floor fans in all of the rooms, which help. We plan to return again next summer!

Here's a polished version of your review: This was our fourth time staying at this beautiful home, and it never disappoints! The location is perfect, right on the bay, with stunning views and plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy the outdoors. One of our favorite things about this property is that it comes fully equipped with paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, and beach toys, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. There was so much to do that we hardly needed to leave the house during our stay. Cindy is an exceptional host—always accommodating, responsive, and attentive to any questions or needs we have. Her hospitality is one of the many reasons we keep coming back. We always have a wonderful experience here and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

Everything went smoothly from research to deposit to final payment to checking in and out. Cindy was the best host we have had. She was extremely quick with answers to our questions and everything she stated was correct. We would stay here again and recommend this property to all.

This house made for a great family vacation. They have everything you need for fun on the beach. The location was so nice right across from mission bay. We took advantage of the paddle boards everyday. The only drawback was that it was graduation weekend our first night there and the house has no AC. Hard to sleep with windows open and lots of parties. The host was super responsive to the few things that needed repair. Lots of fun things to do. Loved our morning runs and eating breakfast out on the patio and people watching. It was a great property and had everything we needed to prep meals for the whole family. Our young grandkids said it was the best vacation they have ever had. Thanks for a great stay.
