Sunny Bayfront Villa, Eclectic Single-Family Home 

Sunny Bayfront Villa is absolutely the most perfect vacation spot for my family. All the kids and grandkids fly in for a magical week of sun, sand and fabulous weather! The house is very spacious with many different gathering areas for small or large groups with lots of areas to spread out or find a quiet spot. We even had a dedicated puzzle table! The house is situated on the bay with a lovely green space in front followed by a clean sandy bay. This area is perfect for the little ones who can play safely apart from the ocean waves. For the bigger ones we make a quick walk over to the oceanfront for body surfing and the wonderful sounds of the surf. The house is very nicely equipped and always maintained. We have spent the last three years coming back to this wonderful place. Linens, basics such as laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash all supplied and freshly restocked. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with a nice bbq outside for grilling. Beach houses are typically hard to maintain with so many guests in the season, but this house is always in great shape. They have a wonderful cleaning and maintenance crew that keeps everything in tip top shape. And in case there is a problem they are very quick to address and correct. Another highlight is the very large and walled (for little ones) in patio with ample seating for dining and relaxing for large groups. Hope to spend many more summer vacays in this wonderful place!

Great house, great stay!

The Sunny Bayfront Villa was perfect for our family trip to San Diego. Ample space inside and out for everyone to be comfortable. The house came with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and was quick to get back to us with answers to our questions, before and during our stay.

Fabulous stay for the second year! The house is beautiful and in a perfect location It has many different spaces for large groups as well as small to gather. The view is of the beautiful bay with a lovely grass area in front that was perfect for our young children to play. The house is well stocked and half of what I brought was never even needed! Cindy and her staff are super responsive and quick to respond to any questions and/or issues. We hope to make this our go to vacation spot for our growing family every year!

Perfect location for our family. We enjoyed both the ocean and the Bay. We had 13 and everyone fit comfortably. We had one minor issue and Cindy responded immediately. We would and probably will stay here again.
