Modern Gem in Crown Point with LOFT and Views from ROOF DECK!

The property was in a great location.. The interior was accommodating and provided a great place to stay.. Communication was spectacular.. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone.

Beautiful property in a great location. My entire family loved the modern vibe and the record player. It's clean with spa-like bathrooms and a great kitchen. Conveniently close to the harbor and Crown Shores and Sea World. Can't wait to visit again!

Comfortable, clean, roomy townhome in an amazing location. Fit our family well for long Easter Weekend. We will be back to the Modern Gem in Crown Point for sure.

We loved this house and would definitely stay here again. It’s close to the bay walking path and the water and it’s a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting on the porches to eat breakfast and read books and enjoy the view and watch the activity on Mission Bay. We walked to Jamba Juice and had easy access to drive to the zoo and the airport just 15 minutes away. The garage parking spot was fantastic so we didn’t have to worry about street parking. We did use the air conditioning for a few hours during the hottest part of the day but were also able to open the sliding doors to get a great cool breeze in the evenings. I have zero notes to add anything for improvement.
