The Crown Jewel Villa with AC! Bikes, Kayak and SUP!

This house was perfect for our group to stay a few days. The kitchen had everything you could want, the beds were comfortable, the towels and linens ideal. The weather was less than perfect, so we didn't take advantage of the outdoor space, but the living space was great to get together. I'd rent this house again in an instant!!

Absolutely perfect stay! The location couldn’t be better, right across the street from the beach and park, and just a short walk to great restaurants and coffee shops. The house was the ideal size for our large group of family and friends and was stocked with everything we could possibly need (and more!). Having the garage stocked with beach cruiser bikes was awesome too! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and communication with the host was excellent from the day we booked to the day we checked out of the house. We couldn’t have asked for a better property. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at The Crown Jewel Villa this past week. The house was spacious and comfortable and in close proximity to restaurants and coffee houses. The bikes were a plus so that my grandsons could ride around the area. They also really enjoyed the ping pong table. The best part about staying there was because it is hosted by Cindy and the San Diego Beach House Rental Company. They are friendly and accommodating. Their general attitude is that they want whoever is staying at the house to enjoy their time in San Diego and to be comfortable. This is our second time booking with them. I purposely look for a vacation rental with them because of their great attitude.

our grandson and his fiancée were married in the back yard. Early afternoon, about 20 guests and a perfect place for snacks in the kitchen.
