Bayfront Riviera Retreat with POOL!

We loved the location of the Bayfront Riviera Retreat with Pool and HVAC, along with all of the amenities that we enjoyed. The pool was warm and very clean. We really enjoyed the fire pit on the upstairs balcony, the bikes and the standup paddle boards. We walked to a great pizza place and ran on the sidewalk along the bay, which was right across the street from the house. Our host Cindy and the rental company were easy to communicate with and they responded quickly. Thank you!

Our family hadn't had a vacation in over 7 years. We decided to go to San Diego and try a beach house rental instead of a hotel. It was a GREAT decision. Cindy and the team from San Diego Beach House Rentals (SDBHR) were fabulous. They stayed in constant contact from the time we made our reservation until we were on our way home. Cindy and the team were extremely responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. The Bayfront Riviera Retreat had a private heated pool that we enjoyed daily. It was great not to have to worry about bringing life jackets, bikes, beach supplies, towels, or any of the many, many amenities provided. It was a very nice, clean place, but not so fancy that you couldn't feel at home. My husband can't do stairs so it was great that 3 of the 4 bedrooms were located downstairs, and having 3 bathrooms was super. Plenty of room and TV's for everyone! It was so nice to move at our own pace and schedule, and not worry about missing a breakfast, or being out of the room so be cleaned or what to do if we ran out of clothes. We are a true fan of SDBHR and plan on using them on our next trip to San Diego. Thank you Cindy and Team.

Great location and get away. Pool was a nice escape, lots of extras and amenities from pool toys to board games. Our family had a blast staying here!

The traffic is a little noisy in the evenings, but the home was very nice overall. The view of the water from the veranda was great. The location is excellent with the walking path across the street. The location is a reasonable drive to all the major San Diego attractions. We really enjoyed the stay.

We spent a week at Crown Point--4 adults and children ages 2 and 6. We had no issues and communication with the manager was easy and quick. The property is across the street from a beach area with sidewalks for easy access and walking. The beach isn't comparable to La Jolla, but nice enough that the kids enjoyed hunting for shells and playing in the sand. It wasn't really warm enough to get in the water. The pool at the house is heated and covered and the patios are nice. There are lots of amenities like bikes, surf boards, pool toys, etc, with an outside shower for beach cleanup. The upstairs master is very nice with a game room, large screen TV, and foosball table--along with a beautiful view of the Bay. The kitchen was stocked for cooking. The location was good and close to many eating options. It's a short drive to La Jolla. We appreciated availability of the pack-n-play and highchair. The house was very family friendly. We had a fun week and would stay again when we are in San Diego.
