Cozy 2BR in South Mission – Steps from the Sand

Great location, family-friendly. Couch bed reportedly very comfortable for kids. Spacious kitchen with good light.

Wonderful week with family. Condo was clean & well appointed. Everything worked. We were a bit disappointed that there were no longer bikes at the condo as there have been for as long as we have been coming - 12+ years?- I would have brought mine if I’d known they were now not part of the rental. The AC units in the larger unit were a great addition too. Should consider adding to the 2 bdrm unit as well!

We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 teenagers, and the unit met our needs. Location to the beach, boardwalk, and activities in the area was great. No A/C but there were plenty of fans and having the windows opened helped keep it comfortable. You will hear planes at night but you eventually get used to it and overall, it’s a very quiet area. Beach gear being provided and having a garage was a plus. I recommend parking on street or at the nearby park lot during the day if you will be leaving as getting in and out of garage can be tight. Garage fit our mid size SUV fine. Beach volleyball and the ocean just steps away along with a little coffee shop, Lazy Eye Coffee, a 5 minute walk away! Communication with the host was great. When we were there, no screens on windows but we didn’t have an issue with flies or bugs, just a note to consider. I would recommend the unit.

We had a great stay! The apartment was super cozy and very clean, which made it feel comfortable right away. The access to the beach was incredibly easy and convenient—definitely a highlight.We also really appreciated the private garage, which made everything even more stress-free. Communication with Cindy, the property manager, was smooth and easy the entire time, which made the whole experience that much better.Would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect location if you’re looking to be in a quieter area than Belmont but still within walking distance to take advantage of all the amenities. I have one recommendation, that is by no means a make or break, but a mirror in the little hallway above the hooks/shelf, across from the bathroom, would make a really cute make up station :) Communication with the host was very easy and quick. Everything about this stay was great!
